Major wiki changes

Suggestions:

  • Delete everything in Category:Pages for deletion (pls)
  • Enable audio and video uploads. For audio ogg and mp3 seem recommended (and flac but that's large), while for video wmcommons recommends webm but there's a lot of ogv on wikipedia too. If people abusing this is a concern make it so only autoconfirmed (people with x number of edits, I think 500+ by default?) or manually approved can upload non-images – probably not an issue under the current registration model?
  • Copy these MediaWiki pages over sometime, fixes up the notes templates.
  • Install Extension:CLDR maybe? This is optional, largely just because the citation module tries to call it when loading language info and fails - this is why a page with a Danish source will be added to "Category:CS1 dansk-language sources (da)" instead of "Category:CS1 Danish-language sources (da)"
    • NOTE: manual workaround has been implemented
