Small Mobile Laser Cutter
The Small Mobile Laser Cutter is a fictional mining vehicle in the LEGO Rock Raiders theme. It is depicted as a small six-wheeled vehicle with a powerful laser that can blast through rock. It was never released in a LEGO construction set and is exclusive to the LEGO Rock Raiders video game, though it is largely constructed out of pieces used in LEGO Rock Raiders sets.
Design
The Small Mobile Laser Cutter is a small vehicle with six wheels. It has a bulky body that supports a mining laser on a turntable. The driver's seat is positioned overhanging in front of the wheels and has a steering wheel and two control panels. It features the headlamps found on some larger vehicles.
The vehicle's laser is a unique brick-constructed model. Other buildings and vehicles that use lasers (the Large Mobile Laser Cutter, Chrome Crusher, and Mining Laser) use the battery-powered Rock Raiders laser piece (part 30346); the Small Mobile Laser Cutter's laser cannot light up.
Depiction
In the story of the LEGO Rock Raiders theme, the Small Mobile Laser Cutter is one of the mining vehicles used by the spacefaring Rock Raiders to mine for power crystals.
The Small Mobile Laser Cutte appears exclusively in the LEGO Rock Raiders video games for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation.

In the PlayStation version of LEGO Rock Raiders, the Tunnel Scout is one of the vehicles that the player can control during certain missions. It can drive across land at moderate speeds.[4]: 27 If controlled by Axle, it will move faster than it otherwise can.[4]: 14 Its laser can blast through Dirt, Loose Rock, and Hard Rock in a single shot.
