Guide:LEGO Loco Easter eggs
From Research Realm
Easter eggs in Lego Loco. Don't include normal spawns or anything like that.
Placement triggered
- Placing sunflowers around the entire perimeter of the lake causes a Loch Ness Monster to appear in it.[1] It will eventually hide in the lake again, but will reappear after each time the Toybox is closed.
- Placing four road curve pieces down to form a circle will cause them to fuse into a large circular road piece with a palm tree in the centre.
- Placing a dinosaur statue on the left side of the Paint Shop will cause it to turn red.
- Placing a dinosaur statue between two Paint Shops will cause it to turn blue.
- Placing four fountains into a square formation will fuse them into a large fountain. A rainbow will appear out of the large fountain when this happens.
- Placing two Radar buildings directly to the side of each other causes them to fuse and turn into a Launch Pad. Once at least one launch pad exists in the world, flying saucers will start to appear.
- Placing a Radar building on the left side of an Intelligent Games Office building causes the office to turn into a giant robot.
- Placing a field next to at least one other field will cause sheep and pigs to spawn in it, rather than only cows.[citation needed]
The Viking statue was planned to have an animation where it mooned the player, but this was removed (add citation to interview that mentioned this)[citation needed]
Resident triggered
These events are triggered by residents (including animals) standing near a building or object. Only one resident is needed to trigger events, though more residents seems to cause events to trigger faster.
- Volcano: An eruption occurs, causing lava to pour down the sides of the volcano before cooling and hardening.
- Dance hall: The front doors open, the roof shakes, and the two lights on the roof begin flashing colours. After the initial animation, the doors remain open, and clicking on the building will cause the lights and roof to animate again. Music can be heard constantly playing from the building.
- Launch pad: A timer counts down from 8 seconds; once it reaches 0, the space shuttle launches up to the top of the screen.
- Dinosaur statue: The dinosaur's head looks around
- Obelisk: The obelisk spins around
More specific:
- Station Masters may sometimes water sunflowers, causing them to bloom and grow. Sunflowers placed near a train station hat a Station Master is inside of will also grow? This seems to spam notifications for some reason...
- Station Masters placed near telephone booths may turn into Super Station Masters.
