Exploriens – The Space Mystery is a 1996 browser-based point-and-click adventure game based on the LEGO Exploriens product line.
Following the success of Treasure Hunt, The Space Mystery was announced on 12 December 1996.
By 3 May 1997, however, the game had been removed from the LEGO World Wide Web Site's "Play" page.[2] A notice was added to the game's index page stating that it had been temporarily disabled.[3]
As a LEGO Surfer Club account was required to play The Space Mystery, it was not archived on the Wayback Machine and is currently lost media.

Development and release
The Space Mystery was developed by Mondo A/S,[4] the same company that designed the original LEGO World Wide Web Site.
Unlike Treasure Hunt, which was only available in English, The Space Mystery could be played in Danish, English, German, or Spanish.[5]
The Space Mystery was first made available on LEGO.com on 5 December 1996.[1] Mondo programmer Soren Beck announced it on rec.toys.lego a few hours after its release. The LEGO Group officially announced it in a press release on 12 December.[5]
